Among other things, eCommerce can be used to order toner, submit a service request and query the status of a toner order or service requests - even without logging in.

The new feature allows our customers to decide for themselves whether this is possible for their machine park without creating an account.



User administrators can now determine in the user management whether ordering toner or submitting a service request WITHOUT LOGIN on eCommerce may be allowed for their users and, if so, which functions may be used.



By default, all three functions are on. You can choose to turn off one or more of these functions.
