The toner level in a machine can be consulted via eCommerce when the machine is connected to the OPS service.

1. Go to the "My Products" menu
2. Click on "Machines"
3. Find the machine whose toner level you want to know about
4. Click on the equipment number
5. The toner level is displayed at the top of the detail view.

Take note of the date and time of the level. The level called out here is updated once every 24 hours.
